Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining responsive WordPress websites
- Customize themes using page builders (Kadence, Elementor or similar)
- Upload and format blog posts and landing pages following SEO structure
- Implement proper heading hierarchy (H1–H6), metadata, alt tags, internal linking
- Optimize basic performance elements (image size, caching setup, layout stability)
- Perform backups and routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot minor layout issues, plugin conflicts, and broken links
- Follow internal documentation and SOP processes strictly
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to implement website improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on WordPress experience (agency or client-based projects preferred)
- Solid understanding of WordPress CMS (themes, plugins, settings)
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of responsive layout principles
- Basic understanding of website performance optimization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written technical instructions carefully
- Responsible, structured, and organized working style
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Kadence, Elementor or similar page builders
- Basic PHP, JavaScript, MySQL knowledge
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO
- Experience working with live websites
- Familiarity with hosting or domain setup
- Exposure to WooCommerce
